Student Ambassadors assist with short- and long-term projects and one-off events by offering support, encouragement and advice to prospective students and their families and supporters
The role is varied and can involve administrative tasks, delivering presentations, supporting and supervising young people, and ensuring events are delivered effectively
Visit universities and colleges and represent BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES at higher education fairs to give presentations and offer information, advice and guidance about BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES, student life, the university application process and student finance
To supervise and lead groups of participants, and support their engagement in workshops, presentations and discussions, both online and offline
Act as a positive role model for BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES and Higher Education
Work with Access and Widening Participation staff to co-ordinate and deliver events, including overseeing participant activities, registration, attendance, resources, etc
Use of online mentoring portals to contribute to discussion forums, respond to queries, and provide feedback
Offer administrative support to the Access and Widening Participation office including data entry
Produce, develop and curate Audio-video content for use online and social media
Out of hours work may be required, and details of this will be disclosed prior to the event
Act as a central point of contact within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration among various departments.
Assist in resolving internal queries and issues, ensuring smooth workflow and interdepartmental coordination.
Organize and manage internal meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.
External Support and Co-ordination:
Serve as a liaison between the company and external entities, such as clients, partners, and suppliers.
Coordinate external meetings and events, managing logistics and ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
Travel, Visit, and Call – Prospects and Schedule Meetings (B2B and B2C):
Plan and arrange business travel for team members, including booking accommodations and coordinating transportation.
Schedule and organize client visits, maintaining a calendar of appointments and ensuring all necessary preparations are in place.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to business prospects and assist in scheduling meetings for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions.
Recruitment Support and Staff Co-ordination Overview:
Provide assistance in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities.
Oversee staff coordination, addressing any administrative needs and fostering a positive working environment.
Marketing and Sales Support:
Assist the marketing and sales teams by coordinating promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, such as preparing materials and tracking campaign performance.
Daily Reporting:
Generate and submit daily reports summarizing key activities, accomplishments, and potential challenges.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of the team's progress.
Flexibility and Reliability:
Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Uphold a high level of reliability, meeting deadlines and commitments consistently.
Build Bloom Abroad Services brand awareness and provide basic educational advice to students and counselors of Schools and Colleges across your region.
Planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns:
Coordinate with your Regional Head for campaigns in Colleges/Universities/Training Institutes.
Coordinating with Education and Training institutions:
Organize meetings, webinars, seminars, and events participation to promote Bloom Abroad Services.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities:
Understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Managing and sustaining relationships with key partners:
Identify new partnerships that will enable the business to grow at a faster rate.
Lead role in the development of proposals and presentations.
Stay updated with market trends.
Achieve the Regional Targets:
Plan various marketing activities within the assigned region.
Responsible for lead generation.
Good contacts with colleges, universities, and training institutes in Bangalore/Hyderabad (AP & Telangana).
Excellent Communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Telugu is a must.
Result-driven, proactive, and passionate for Business Development.
