Digital MARKETER


Position: Open - UK

  • Responsible for creating and customising campaigns
  • Planning and developing effective nurture campaigns
  • Maximising the use and effectiveness of marketing automation platforms and other tools
  • Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports
  • Implement, analyse, and optimise organic and paid search engine marketing activities

Student Ambassador


Positon: Open - UK

  • Student Ambassadors assist with short- and long-term projects and one-off events by offering support, encouragement and advice to prospective students and their families and supporters
  • The role is varied and can involve administrative tasks, delivering presentations, supporting and supervising young people, and ensuring events are delivered effectively
  • Visit universities and colleges and represent BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES at higher education fairs to give presentations and offer information, advice and guidance about BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES, student life, the university application process and student finance
  • To supervise and lead groups of participants, and support their engagement in workshops, presentations and discussions, both online and offline
  • Act as a positive role model for BLOOM ABRAOD SERVICES and Higher Education
  • Work with Access and Widening Participation staff to co-ordinate and deliver events, including overseeing participant activities, registration, attendance, resources, etc
  • Use of online mentoring portals to contribute to discussion forums, respond to queries, and provide feedback
  • Offer administrative support to the Access and Widening Participation office including data entry
  • Produce, develop and curate Audio-video content for use online and social media
  • Out of hours work may be required, and details of this will be disclosed prior to the event

  1. Internal Support and Co-ordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration among various departments.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to business prospects and assist in scheduling meetings for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions.
  4. Recruitment Support and Staff Co-ordination Overview:
    • Provide assistance in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities.
    • Oversee staff coordination, addressing any administrative needs and fostering a positive working environment.
  5. Marketing and Sales Support:
    • Assist the marketing and sales teams by coordinating promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
    • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, such as preparing materials and tracking campaign performance.
  6. Daily Reporting:
    • Generate and submit daily reports summarizing key activities, accomplishments, and potential challenges.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of the team's progress.
  7. Flexibility and Reliability:
    • Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Uphold a high level of reliability, meeting deadlines and commitments consistently.

IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Trainer


Positon: Open - India

  1. Language Training:
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for IELTS, PTE, and spoken English to individuals or groups.
    • Conduct regular assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  2. IELTS / PTE Examination Preparation:
    • Provide specialized coaching for IELTS and PTE examinations, focusing on each section's requirements.
    • Familiarize students with exam formats, time management strategies, and effective test-taking techniques.
  3. Spoken English Enhancement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance spoken English proficiency, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
  4. Individualized Learning Plans:
    • Assess the language proficiency of each student and create personalized learning plans to address specific needs and goals.
  5. Feedback and Support:
    • Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Offer additional support and resources to help students overcome language barriers.
  6. Career Advisor and Guide:
    • Act as a student career advisor, providing guidance on career paths related to language proficiency.
    • Assist students in aligning their language skills with potential career opportunities.
  7. Stay Updated on Language Trends:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, resources, and methodologies in language teaching and examination preparation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Certification in IELTS or PTE training is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an IELTS / PTE / Spoken English Trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of language assessment criteria and examination formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and adaptability in teaching diverse groups of learners.

Marketing and Sales Manager

  • Development of all business channels:
    • Build Bloom Abroad Services brand awareness and provide basic educational advice to students and counselors of Schools and Colleges across your region.
  • Planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns:
    • Coordinate with your Regional Head for campaigns in Colleges/Universities/Training Institutes.
  • Coordinating with Education and Training institutions:
    • Organize meetings, webinars, seminars, and events participation to promote Bloom Abroad Services.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities:
    • Understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Managing and sustaining relationships with key partners:
    • Identify new partnerships that will enable the business to grow at a faster rate.
  • Lead role in the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated with market trends.
  • Achieve the Regional Targets:
    • Plan various marketing activities within the assigned region.
  • Responsible for lead generation.
  • Good contacts with colleges, universities, and training institutes in Bangalore/Hyderabad (AP & Telangana).
  • Excellent Communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Telugu is a must.
